My Christmas Photo Shoot with Cooper

Mama is still sorting through all the Christmas pictures. So we thought in the meantime, we would show you the pictures from the Christmas Photo shoot with Cooper. Mama was trying to get a good picture of us for the Christmas card, and needless to say, we did not make it easy. But they are funny! Cooper and I are two funny guys. This first one Cooper wanted to lay in my lap.

In this one, I am trying to imitate his jowls. I think we look just alike.

I told Mama this one was artistic. We are both staring thoughtfully to the right. Mama wasn't looking for artsy to go on the Christmas card.

This is what happened during the photo shoot a lot. Cooper just loves to give me kisses. Mama had to do a lot of intervening. It tickles.

Cooper in my lap. Again. He is heavy so Mama was concerned he would crush me. In Cooper's defense, I think he was trying to take a good picture.

In this one, I was cooperating. Cooper was not.

In this one, Cooper was cooperating. I was not.

I think we are both strongly suggesting to Mama that we are done in this picture. I had places to go, and it was time for Cooper's nap.

I am so glad Cooper is my buddy.

Guess What?!

You won't believe it!!! Mama is going to have a baby! I am so excited. I love little kids. She is 21 weeks through her pregnancy and is due June 6th. Me and my brother or sister are going to be about 16 months apart. We will be buddies. They are going to wait to see if I will have a brother or a sister because they like surprises. I need to start practicing bossing someone around. Maybe Cooper will volunteer.

A Few of My Favorite Things

I have several favorite things lately. This is one of my favorite outfits. YaYa has a special friend that made me this tie-dye outfit. I think it looks awesome. I don't know if you can tell but I am standing in this picture. It is another one of my favorite things. I love to pull up on anything and everything and stand up. Hold on to your pants, because I will use them for leverage to pull up on you!

My new catch phrase is Yay! Yay! I say it about a lot of things that make me happy, especially grapes. Here is a video of me eating grapes and saying, "Yay! Yay!".

Black beans are another one of my new favorite things. As you can see I really enjoy them. They are not only delicious, but they provide great entertainment for me. I end up covered in them, but man are they good!

This is a video of me eating my black beans and asparagus. Mama will demonstrate how I get them all in my nooks and crannies.

Here comes Santa Claus!

Yep! I got to meet the big man on Saturday! He seems like a nice guy. I told him I was doing better with my spitting food at Mama. This is one of the pictures that Dadda took while I was on his lap. Dadda takes good pictures!

More pictures with Santa

Here is a picture of me waiting in line with Mama. We only had to wait for one little girl in front of us because we had an appointment. Believe it or not, Santa came to the lodge in our neighborhood. It was nice because I didn't have to ride in my carseat long to get there. They had hot chocolate, cookies and sleigh rides. It was some party! I enjoyed seeing the horses and hearing the jingle bells that they were wearing.

This is the picture that the professional photographer took. If you were wondering, I was smiling at Mama. I wasn't afraid at all. I saw some kids were and I just didn't know what the big deal was. He had a nice lap to sit on.

'Tis the Season to be Merry

Merry Christmas everyone! Around our house we are definitely getting into the Christmas spirit. We went and bought a real tree today. I can't take my eyes off it. Mama keeps telling me I will love it even more with lights on it. To help me dress as though I am in the Christmas Spirit, YaYa sent me some Christmas outfits. In this picture I am wearing my new fleece outfit with my red and white striped hat. YaYa knitted my hat for me and it fits perfect. I might just have to take it to show Santa next weekend.

This is a picture of me in my new elf onesie. I love the elf because it reminds me of my Elf on the Shelf. Mama told me that Santa sent the elf to watch me so that he could report back to Santa. I have to be really good. No more spitting mouthfuls of carrots on the floor at Chick-fil-A. Santa, if you are reading this, I promise that was an isolated incident.

In this next picture I am wearing one of my Nightmare Before Christmas onsies YaYa made. It is her favorite movie and she promised to watch it with me when I come and visit.

This is another one of my Nightmare Before Christmas onesies YaYa made me. I really like this one because Jack is dressed as Santa. But to be honest I can still tell them apart. I am very proud of this onesie. It makes me want to sing Christmas carols.

This is a onesie that YaYa made me that has toadstools on it and all kinds of gnomes and owls sitting on them. This shirt totally has my name written all over it. I am really into owls and gnomes.

This is the part of the photo shoot in which I got silly. You will see my tongue several times. In this one I wanted you to see how long it is growing to be.

This is me and my tongue once again, laying on my new sock monkey blanket YaYa made me. It is sooo soft! I am laying on it while wearing my new sock monkey bib. It says, "Monkey Business Time". As you can see I am in touch with my inner monkey. YaYa also included a new sock monkey buddy for me to chill with too. We hit it off immediately and are pretty much best buddies.

Here is a picture of me sitting in my high chair wearing my new sock monkey bib. Bring on the food! Bananas preferably.
